How WebbyGuard Protects Your Child
- Initial Setup: On the WebbyGuard app, parents configure a homepage, set a content specification for the AI, enter a Gemini API Key, and create a mandatory PIN.
- Secure Pairing: The child's app generates a temporary 6-digit code. The parent enters this code into WebbyGuard Parent to establish a secure, private link via CloudKit.
- Browse & Analyze: For ongoing protection, WebbyGuard analyzes a snapshot of each webpage with Gemini AI immediately after it loads and at periodic intervals that you can customize.
- Block & Alert: If content is deemed unsafe, an overlay blocks the page and redirects to the homepage. Simultaneously, an alert with a snapshot and details is sent to the parent's app.
- Review & Tune: The parent reviews the alert in WebbyGuard Parent and can provide feedback to improve future AI analysis.
